Equipping Entrepreneurs
to Eliminate Poverty
Work for Life exists to Empower, Equip, and Engage the battle on poverty through practical business training and mentorship.
Impact Since 2009
Celebrating years of measurable growth, transformed lives, strengthened livelihoods, and empowered communities creating lasting impact.
Empower and equip leaders to end poverty.
Transformation
Empower leaders with the right tools, knowledge, and mentorship to confront poverty through sustainable, community-driven solutions that foster resilience, create opportunities, and drive lasting change.
Empower Leaders
Change starts from within. When we look across the world we see issues from hunger and malnutrition to war and refugees. People lack quality health care, water, education and so many basic privileges.
These problems exist because poverty exists. In order to accomplish our mission of ending poverty, we empower local leaders to become future change makers. A generation of entrepreneurs must be equipped to create opportunities for themselves and their families.

Equip People
We focus equipping people who are daily confronted with the challenges of providing a livable wage and supporting their families. Since 2009, we have equipped people around the world with practical business training.
Over the years we have developed our Entrepreneur Development Program and it is through this program that we see radical change in the lives of people. Our 20 session equipping program walks with people through the obstacles of starting, growing and managing a business.

Engage Poverty
Our program engages poverty head on. We walk alongside the farmer who just planted their first crop. The manufacturer who just made their first product. The IT guy who just sold his first service. Poverty is a daily battle and our engagement must follow.
Our model leverages mentorship to help people on the ground start their first business while we also develop those who are on their 5th business. Through this we are able to build new business leaders not only financially but also through ethical business practices.

Empowering Dreams, Building Futures
Work for Life is an entrepreneurship development initiative that equips individuals—especially youth and women—with practical business skills, mentorship, and tools to start and grow sustainable businesses.
Founded on the belief that entrepreneurship can address the root causes of poverty, we work through a network of partners, instructors, and entrepreneurs to unlock their full potential through enterprise and economic participation.
