About Work for Life

Work for Life is an entrepreneurship development initiative that equips individuals especially youth and women with practical business skills, mentorship, and tools to start and grow sustainable businesses. The organization works through a network of partners, instructors, and entrepreneurs to empower people to unlock their full potential through enterprise and economic participation.

Founded on the belief that entrepreneurship can address the root causes of poverty, Work for Life provides structured business training, planning tools, and ongoing coaching that enable aspiring entrepreneurs to build viable businesses that create jobs, strengthen families, and transform communities.

The program combines practical entrepreneurship training, business planning support, and long-term coaching, ensuring that participants not only learn how to start businesses but also receive the guidance needed to sustain and grow them.

Through partnerships with NGOs, faith-based organizations, schools, and development institutions, Work for Life trains local instructors who deliver contextualized entrepreneurship education and mentor entrepreneurs throughout their business journey.

Since its inception, the initiative has trained hundreds of entrepreneurs and built a growing international instructor network across multiple countries, supporting individuals to launch businesses that generate income, create employment, and contribute to stronger local economies.
