Long-Term Focus
We aim to transition communities from dependency to self-sufficiency. By 2030, our goal is to have established 1,000 sustainable businesses that provide livable wages and contribute to local economies, specifically focusing on renewable energy and agricultural innovation.
Resource Allocation
Currently, we allocate 60% of our budget to training and mentorship, 20% to research and development, and 20% to global operations. Key gaps include specialized technical equipment for solar irrigation projects in sub-Saharan Africa.
Adaptability
This pathway is reviewed quarterly against our key performance indicators (KPIs), including business survival rate, average income increase, and community reached. We adjust our curriculum based on local market shifts and environmental changes.
